Request a Premium Payment via Credit Card.  

This is a two step process.  We utilize the Paypal website to manage credit card payments.

We will process your request for a credit card payment and send you an invoice via email to make your payment directly on the PayPal website. 
This email invoice will expire in 5 business days.  You do not have to be a PayPal member to make a payment.

Once you receive the email invoice and complete the payment, we will post the premium payment to your account.

To cover the cost of processing the credit card payment we will add a 4% fee (minimum of $2.20) to your premium amount due.

The fee will be shown as shipping on the invoice. 
 
If you wish to not pay this fee, you can authorize a one time draft from your checking or savings account. 
 
Your premium payment is due on the date shown on your invoice.  You have a 30 day grace period before your account becomes in jeopardy of being cancelled.
